Anyone can stop the work
Any person on site, ours or yours, can stop a task they believe is unsafe. Nobody needs permission and nobody is penalised for it. Work restarts once the hazard is dealt with, not once someone has been talked round.
Safety is how we run a site, not a page we had to write.
Most of what goes wrong on a residential job goes wrong because nobody planned the task before starting it. These are the rules we actually work to.

The task gets planned before it starts
Each task gets walked through before tools come out: what could go wrong, what isolates the energy, who is doing what. It takes minutes and it is the single biggest reason jobs finish without incident.
Electrical work is isolated and verified
Circuits are isolated and proven dead before anyone works on them. We do not take someone's word that a breaker is off.
Your property gets protected
Floor protection, dust control and a site left clean at the end of each day. Living in a renovation is hard enough without walking through the mess.
If something does go wrong
You get told, in plain language, the same day. Not at the end of the job, and not only if you noticed.
